Now let's see what happens to the Founder (418) and Yahoo portal deal. But like I said, Son has set himself up to be the best friend of Mainland China by becoming its worst enemy. Remorse and repentance will no doubt be rewarded with a better business environment for Softbank in China. Such is the dirty business of politics. And let's also see how the Sony and Matsushitas of this world does not make friends the same way. The monkeys, having just seen the chicken separated from its head, will be quiet corporate citizens. More interesting still, let us see what Toshiba does about the legal case pending in China caused by the company's settlement of claims by US owners of Toshiba laptops. It is a small connected world we live in.
