Tinker,

the EPG/IPG advertising, Godzilla Tornado (to be consistent with Merlin's stubborn view on the issue. I forget if I finally caved and agreed with him).

You didn't. And I remain stubborn on that point. Along with Bruce. :)

{Mr. Buckley sir, it is only fitting that you beat me to the call}

Actually, it's not fitting. This is a community effort. The only thing that's fitting is that Frank is mixing it up with bears at Yosemite while we discuss this. :) LOL!

Moreover, it was Eric who posted the dramatic growth in advertising revenue and I believe it was you who gathered and confirmed the info that there was $1.8 million in ad revenue in the recent quarter. So I'll give the nod to the two of you regarding the Godzilla tornado and take no credit for myself. (I'm not always that generous so run with it while you can!)

About the EPG/IPG revenue, I've still got some questions before I proclaim a tornado underway. You showed how you arrived at roughly $42 million for guide revenue. That seems low because there is $40 million alone resulting from the arbitration ruling.

I tried working the numbers assuming the Robbie Stephens analyst was thinking guide revenues equalled VCR+ revenues prior to the $40 million recognition. But that doesn't work because it would result in guide revenues being substantially higher than VCR+ revenues in Q4, something we know wasn't the case.

So...

I'm still confused about the growth of guide revenue and am unwilling to declare a tornado in that segment of the business until the confusion is eliminated.
