Allan,

I think when you see OSE at 4 3/8 it really won't matter if you got in anywhere under 3.

Lots of extreme opportunities out there still but the pool will dry up rapidly. DON'T sit on your hands waiting for a move to get yer hutzpah up. By then...it'll be too late.
I posted about 4 weeks ago that the market had entered a period where outsized profits were to be made. The "last gasp" downswing immediately after that when CIEN was my "short du jour" was the short-side opportunity. This long-side opportunity is chewing through the percentage potential AND the viable candidates damn quick.
The 2 leg nature of the Summer rally will allow for a window to grab a brief pullback on most of the hot momentum movers so anyone who has been cold of foot into this first leg needs to avoid chasing this initial move and really plan well for the 2nd leg.

On a side note...I heard some "distressing" news on HWP on the radio tonight. It seems their management has been nailed as the type that takes today's consumers as suckers. It may cause a wide ranging air of caution to sweep over much of their "personal" oriented product lines. If it doesn't gap down too much tomorrow...it's a short-term short...especially after the news-release manufactured move it made today. I could almost suspect they juiced the stock in an attempt to counteract the negative impact of tonight's little exposed faux pas.
