Asian Star Begins Trading on the Berlin Bourse Stock Exchange

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2000--Asian Star Development, Inc. (OTCBB:ASTV - news), with its principal
office in Hong Kong, begins trading of its shares on the Berlin Stock Exchange's booming Third Market Segment.

The WKN number for Asian Star Development, Inc is 938420 and the trading symbol for ASTV.BE, is DVP.

The Berlin exchange specializes in the over-the-counter trade of U.S. shares, such as the Technology giants Microsoft or Cisco. There are some 8,756 stocks listed
on the exchange, of which 8,001 are foreign, including 5,210 from the U.S. The board of Asian Star Development Inc., believes the company will benefit from the
recent consolidation moves of ConSors Discount Brokers AG -- ``Europe's number Two (2) online broker who have 376,000 customers who use their system to
