Well that would seem to answer the issue of how much longer the injunction will remain in
effect.


Last evening I was watching some of the TV interviews of the lawyers and heard someone say that Juan Miguel was getting a bit cranky about being kept here while all this plays out. I couldn't help think about what freedom must look like to him. People are restricted from leaving Cuba; people are restricted from leaving the U.S. It may not matter to him whether it's a tyrant restraining him or an injunction. His freedom of movement is restricted in either case. Just something to ponder...
