Conolog Expands Investor Forum Tour to Europe; Company President to Present to

SOMERVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2000--Conolog
Corporation (NASDAQ:CNLG, CNLGW), an engineering and design company
that provides digital signal processing solutions (DSP), announced
today that it will conduct a series of investor forums throughout
Europe. The series will begin June 5th in Paris, and continue to
Geneva on June 6th, Lugano on June 7th, and Zurich on June 8th.
The Company has arranged the forums in concert with its European
advisor, European Investor Relations. Robert Benou, Conolog's
president, commented, "We have experienced tremendous growth and
success in the last year, and are looking forward to communicating our
achievements to the European investment community. Our listing on the
Frankfurt exchange has positioned the Company before a new audience,
and we welcome the opportunity to familiarize them with the Conolog

Earlier this month, Nasdaq formed a joint venture with the newly
merged London Stock Exchange and the Deutsche Borse, which combines
Nasdaq-listed companies with companies listed on Germany's NeuerMarkt
and the London Stock Exchange's techMARK index. The alliance is the
first step towards the realization of Nasdaq's goal of creating a
global market.
