Bell Atlantic has recently lowered their monthly access for the Palm III, IIIx, IIIe, IIIxe Access to the Internet from $39.95 to $24.95 a month. bam.com I've been told by customer service that Bell Atlantic is also revving up their system for 56K access this summer.
