I don't view that as attacking or fear-mongering at all. He was just giving some TA, which doesn't work for manipulated stocks.

Now if he alluded to that this stock is basicly a POS, that the technology is worthless and it'll, in the long term crater to zero. Then maybe he'd be fear-mongering or just simply stating the facts.
