Thanks for your e-mail. I have been advised by our lawyer not to issue any News Releases or President's Letter until we have formally filed our form SEC-10 application with the Securities Commission. We have run into unexpected delays in completing the consolidated financial statement for our companies. I'm pleased ot inform you though, I have finally received a draft copy of the statement. Our accountant needs one last piece of information from a New York lawyer before he can release the Official Version. He expects to be able to release it this week. Meanwhile, our team here in China is working very hard and we are starting to see very positive results. I hope I can report all this in a President's Letter to shareholders very soon.
