I certainly think so. Unfortunately I suspect the exact parameters for some of these DWDM studies (which are not detailed enough to my satisfaction in the synoptic press releases,) are only in the actual expensive reports therefore making it difficult to judge the accuracy (or relevancy) of the studies (at least from this cheap skate's perspective as it seems these studies run into the thousands to procure...<g>)
