The formation of the new management team will provide the company with the necessary resources to ensure continued success."
"We are in the process of identifying strategic investors. We are confident that our business plan addresses a fundamental need within the e-commerce service environment and the global opportunities are tremendous. We will manage our capital markets activities ensuring that we address the growing concerns of sources of capital that invest in growth stories," Mr. Darchiville cited.
Mr. Pohlmann indicated: "Our proprietary client application, ePartner 2.0, empowers the merchant to maintain and update their e-commerce product menus quickly and simply. Few applications allow the merchant to do this, resulting in expensive programming fees, lengthy time commitments and foregone customer opportunities for merchants. Our client application can be used by companies in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. We expect to announce a formal launch date for the application towards the beginning of Q3/00."
Mr. Moriyama added: "Our customers will then have the double advantage of increasing the quality level of service to their own customers and reducing transactional costs at the same time -- a winning combination in the highly competitive e-commerce environment."
