OPEC has us by the gonads...these guys are far less accommodative than the bulls want you to believe...if i hear this BS story about how they don't really want that much money for their oil one more time, i'm going to puke. they know exactly that since no major giant field has been found since 1967, time is on their side....many OPEC members can't even raise production. their capacities are fully cranked up. Saudi Arabia is the only one with spare capacities, and at least five OPEC members violently oppose any hike in the quotas. just look at the backwardation across the energy complex...sign of a worsening supply shortage.
