"I put rescue disk in and it says it cannot read it" zip rescue or floppy? assuming floppy, the disk is either bad or needs to be formatted. as we discussed here the other day, full format is best. btw, symantec has a terrific knowledge base where you can find answers to just about any question you encounter while using their software. i have used it many times and, with a little perseverance, i've always found what i needed. plus they have an email service that mails you back articles that may pertain to your question. the return email takes less than two minutes. the replies aren't always that great, though. <g3> but you can always dig back into the kb. it's a great online resource.
