"credit card security failings"

Windows 2000 is as secure as Apache. If there ever will be a case of credit card numbers being exposed on IIS5, it's because the site has been programmed with a security problem. Win2000 uses NTFS and other security that will not be compromised if the site is programmed correctly. That is no different than any Sun server.
