Don't know how software could handle it, Chris - but what Cyber software suggested to me does not make sense.

First, they said that the delay was in the streaming data COMING TO ME from Cyber.

Then they suggested I contact MY ISP to get them to change the route!

What am I missing here -MY ISP has NO control over how Cyber's ISP routes the data TO ME!

My question is, if the delay is in the route I am not the only one getting delayed.

Therefore, why does not CYBER CONTACT THEIR ISP TO CHANGE THE ROUTE?
