Paul, Agustus, Sphinx et al. The key is the technology! Its a bet the farm kind of deal! I hate to bet against Israeli high tech given their strong tech record but I also am not crazy about their technological claims sans proof. I'm going to do some searching for these key words "Nehemiah/Hemi Davidson", "ITES". Hemi Davidson is the CTO and no hits show up on the US PTO server. Nothing shows up for ITES. I agree - if the tech is real, then I will re-consider going short and go long. Note that the shareholders meeting for approving the merger is tentatively scheduled for June 5th. The merger has to take place at least 10 days after approval. I agree - NR's will happen after Supercomm. I think timing is key with this one - but you know how hard it is to time these things.
