Dexton's Rapidfusion to develop UBC Web application

Dexton Technologies Corp DXT
Shares issued 12,360,500 Jun 1 close $1.09
Fri 2 Jun 2000 News Release
Mr. Jeff Keen reports
Dexton Technologies' subsidiary, Rapidfusion.com Technologies Inc., has
signed a contract with the University of British Columbia continuing
studies to develop a sophisticated Web-based application for the delivery
and management of the UBC certificate in Internet marketing. As part of
this contract, Rapidfusion will design, develop, implement, host and
provide continuing technical support for this award-winning program. The
Web-based infrastructure includes remote administration tools that allow
program administrators and subject area experts to manage course content,
students, instructors, guest speakers, grades, resources and much more
through any computer with an Internet connection.
"Our goal for this project is to develop a stable, scalable, Web-based
application for the delivery and management of the 100-per-cent on-line
certificate in Internet marketing," says William Koty, director of Internet
studies for UBC continuing studies. "We believe that Rapidfusion's
experience in developing dynamic data-driven Web-based applications,
coupled with their ability to provide an end-to-end solution, will create a
superior learning environment for students taking this program."
Mr. Koty went on to say, "UBC Internet studies is a leader in the
development of e-business curriculum and our technology infrastructure must
match the needs of the fast-changing market for professional education."
"We are excited to be working with UBC continuing studies on this
initiative," says Jeff Keen, vice-president of technology for Rapidfusion.
"As the program is delivered to students worldwide, we are provided an
opportunity to showcase our complex Web-based application capabilities to
an international audience."

Now if this doesn't offer up a little credibility then I can't imagine what will. As is the policy of most educational institutions we won't find out what the contract is worth but I'm getting the feeling that it's 6 figures. Also the sales force has been talking to several other universities in Canada and internationally (it's their job)and believe more will follow very soon !

We now have a situation in which the shares of DXT are trading at about .25 cents less than it's share holding value in ABLC (Nasdq) alone ... plus all the other things DXT's Rapidfusion division is up too. Talk about undervalued.. It is just plain stupid ... look for a MAJOR uptick in the very, very near future.

Have talked this AM with the newly appointed IR firm (announced yesterday)... fellow named Mitch Adam is the head man at 1-877-685-9977 or (604)685-3878 ... think those numbers are right. Nice guy and certainly very well informed. He's put an impressive team together and they are revving up the ol' engine.

Also understand that finally we are going to get news etc now that we have NR on the payroll and there is lots of good news to come.
