Didn't Congress pass a law last fall changing that, ie, mandating a maximum nationwide homestead exemption of 100K or so? Maybe Coby or one of the other barristers can enlighten us.... OTOH, this definitely would flunk the "smell test" for fraudulant conveyence!!!
