To Bill, Congratulations on your new thread and I wish you all of the sucess in the world with it. I think that it will be a very worthwhile and poductive thread. I studied health in college from a " holistic" approach. This approach stated that to obtain optimal health one must reach their physiological, psychological, sociological and spiritual health potential. I very much enjoyed reading about Dr. Ann Wigmore as that was a very interesting article. In addition to food being a great healer, I feel that mentally we have great healing powers as we can think ourselves into health many times. Good luck to you.
