egroup postings:

The following issues were areas of concern according on the egroup email dialogue:

1) analysts asked easy questions, and management answered with generalties.

2) It appeared management was selective in who made it
into the queue. Management didn't talk to those who "might make it difficult".

3) Management gave financial breakdowns on some, but not all parts, for example - there wasn't a breakdown of vertical revenues.

4) Financial guidance was questionable. There wasn't a clear direction if revenues were increased, and earnings lowered going foward.

5) Management met the revenue numbers, but there were multiple non-recurring charges and extraordinary gains. Not clear if the company met or missed the number.

6) Why doesn't the company set an achievable operating number and execute? Why not under promise and over deliver? This is what the street is looking for. Not the constant games that the management team plays.

Will 8/31/2000 be the same? The street thinks so.
