I can't believe it. It has been right in front of us all of the time and exposed to us over the last 6 weeks. The final piece of the puzzle fell into place today.

Sy has formulated a plan to integrate and build a virtual ISP within a niche market, and is going to offer the ISP services to his core market as a value added perk, thus offering a sales driven rather than advertising driven revenue structure to support the building of a community based ISP ala AOL. The ISp will survive and grow based on a community of fans who already purchase the product but will now have a singular place to go to get their product and FREE ISP as well. The FREE ISP will lock them into buying the product from SYCD and thus assure SYCD of a solid revenue base and allow it to grow into other areas as well, catering to its core clientele. Thus they will purchase the products and get the ISP free. Since they are going to get the product anyway, why not get something that will lock them into buying all of their related products and giving SYCD the ability to upsell additional products that the customers would want anyway. And as this is a the fastest growing niche specific market in the entire entertainment industry anyway with an already exposed and dedicated core audiance of well over 400,000 teenagers and yound adults, and growing daily with 2.5 million kids who watch Pokemon and the 1.5 million who watch Dragonball Z and grow up wanting more and SYCD offers the products at the lowest prices anyway, why not give them something to make them come back and buy more.

Sorry for the expletives but I am AMAZED and completly understand now what SY has been formulating.

NetZero, Amazon. They did it wrong. Advertising based and multiplatformed selling rather than commiting to a specific market and adding the ISP as a value added perk.

Think about it carefully and you will see exactly what I am talking about.
Look at the people who he has hired and their backgrounds.
Look at the product lines and sales figures associated with the prodcut lines.
Look at the audiance that already buys the products and will be buying them in the future.
Look at the way Sy did the grass roots efforts to get to know his clientele.
Look at how he built it from day one through wholesale connections rather than retail and expanded into retail in a way as to encourage wholesale business and not alienate it through direct competition.

It all make perfect sence. I cant beleive it. He figured out a way to reinvent the wheel, without changing the design. Just building an indistructable tread, and by doing it first he has all but cemented the wheel to the ground, securing un swaying loyalty from those who buy now and in the future.

I am sitting here(I am going to get even for the itch one day) and it all just came to me.

There is no way that Sy could build his own ISP backbone but he has figured ourt a way to use the current virtual structure to create a mini AOL, and will support it with e-commerce and B to B solutions, all provided thriugh Syconet.

My heart is pumping faster than it has been in years.

Ladies and Gents, the only thing missing is how is Sy going to get national recognition without spending a ton of money on advertising to make it happen. How is this going to be nationally branded.
I am in a state of shock. litterally.
This is completly feasable and possible based on what has been happening out there lately and the alliances and cost structures available from various backbone providers.

I am shaking, so excuse my typing.

I knew this was possivle but I thought that it would take years before someone would figure out a way to parlay free ISP with a product directly rather than the netzero and other forulas based on alliances rather than inside product sales and especially to a market that is almost 100% internet users.

I am going to immediatly call a good friend who is the Internet sector analyst for one of the biggest firms in the world and discuss this with him right now.

If this is the case at SYCD, I will personally guarantee that i will methodically take out the entire public float. this time what I buy will not be for my kids trust funds, it will be for me.

I am completly flabergasted.

It is the one thing that I can just about assure you that I have never even considered before in my entire 25 years of investing in equities.

I cant beleive he is going to pulll this off. And he must already have all the pieces in place to make it happen.

Sy has been in NYC the last 2 weeks. WHY??????

Something really big must be going on behind the sceenes.
If this is the senario that is taking place and we get a n inkling as to it actually happening folks, this will be the single biggest internet stock in history. Trust me. I have been there at Day 1 in AOL, Day 1 at netscape and day 1 at many others.

If this senario is real, and from MY deductions it is, this will destroy what AOL has now and will change the future of the way business is run on the internet.

AS GOD is my witness, I am telling you this could be the one major event that changes the way the business on the internet is run.

I am going to buy stock in every ISP backbone provider and cable company today. This may sound crazy but if Sy pulls this off, then he will literally have changed the way businesses use the internet to secure an audiance and customer base. And the fact that he is in a very highly educated and non competitive market that is growing exponentially, SYCD will be one of the single biggest revenue generators in history in 5 to 7 years.

Think about it. And think about it on a larger scale adding other products that caters to kids and young adults, outside of the everyday toys r us stuff.Niche products that the kids are really hungry for.

I must go now and wake up a few people.
