I apologize for not posting earlier but i am going through some serious issues. i have alienated myself because of personnal issues.
Anyway, it is about time that the company did the right thing. Now they are acting like big boys. it is necessary to create and use a currency to expand operations. The authorization of the additional shares is paramount to absorbing in much bigger firms and deals. Also, how the hell do you think a firm raises capital these days, buy using profits or going to a bank to get a loan? get real
It took years for 99% of those compnaies that we love to make money with to even break even and most of them that are traded today don;t even come anywhere close.
I am not communicating with the company at all and have basiclly shut myself out becasue they have to run on their own and from the hirings Sy has done, I don;t thnk he needs the advice of anyone but his teams at this point.
Sy is one of the smartest and shrewest men around and I am finally proud that he had the guts to take this action. There was a previous post that said we are all screwed. Bull, this is the best thing that could ever happen. Maybe it will finally loosen up some shares to create liquidity. I know that i had advised Sy to do this over a year ago but he was too worried about what the current shareholders would think. It seems that by taking this action he is truly concerned about the shareholders as this will give him the ammo to do the acquisitions, raise tha capital and make us all some serious money. The reason i am even posting is because I think it is about time we looked at this compnay now for what it really is. It is a great, not goo but great startup with upside that in years to come wil only be told by those who were there when it was where it is now. As far as the price goes, look at the entire market. It is a joke. it soen;t matter what you are or who your compnay is. the market will be the market and we all must remember that this is the vegas of the damned. And then we are all animals going for the kill, why do you think it is called bulls and bears. It sure aint bunnies and doves. It is not all good, and never has been. But in the long run this is a GREAT company with a GREAT leader and a GREAT team. Now if anyone wants to argue with that, I suggest that they take their head, get into one of those ayoga positions and shove it up their arse, and then smell the roses. i may be on the outs with certain people within the compnay but i am still a huge supporter of the company and will not even consider in the remotest way to sell a single share that is held by my trusts, iras, or companies.
So all of you naysayers, beware. Now the company is behaving like a real company and if you want a fantasy, go to other places becasue this is the real deal.
I may never make peace with myself but I am at peace with my investment in SYCD and will never regret it in the long run. Anmd if anyone regrets it, they should sell, email me and tell me that you did so I can write you an I told you so letter a few years from now.
