Donald, i'm looking at the poke thru support on the low last week on the ndx, xci, sox and the big reversal off that as a spring or bear trap, from watching these kind of actions, i've found that they are bearish pattern failures - failed H&S patterns, usually end up with moves that make new highs in the other direction.

I've been watching the bullish divergence in breadth as the above guy has just posted, we had a similar W bottom on the nasdaq at the 1998 bottom, you can go to the nasdaq sum on that site and look at the weekly chart.

i believe we are going to make new highs in the nasdaq in the summer rally.

The one thing that bothers me is the $ chart, which i believe has topped, but maybe the indexes can go to new highs with a weakening $, as they have been correcting with a strenghtening $.
