RP, I'm still holding my meager shares and I can't get rich or go to the poor house on this one since the reverse split reduced my shares. But, there are some scenarios that we should probably consider. Why did ACTL wait so long to make the offer when they could have bought cheaper.

Think about this - GATE needs cash - ACTL said they would be there is GATE needed them. ACTL offers to buy at 5 1/4 and GATE still has shares to sell on the open market. Buyers come in and start buying shares because of ACTL's offer. There is buying from institutional, etc.

The real question is whether ACTL really intends to buy or were they are just stabilizing the price so that GATE could move a few shares?

Just food for thought.
