Collectible Concepts capitalizes on some of the hottest markets around. Austin Powers, X-MEN,
Terminator and Mini-V.com with Verne J. Troyer, a.k.a. Mini-V, diminutive star of the Austin Powers sequel
``The Spy Who Shagged Me.''. As the name implies, the company markets quality collectibles from some
of the most popular movies that have a wide following. Probably the most exciting will be the merchandise
for the upcoming X-MEN movie. The X-MEN movie is to be released on July 14, 2000. This movie is
expected to be one of the biggest blockbusters of the summer. We have seen in the past how much
related merchandise is sold when the movie is released. This should keep investors very interested in this
company throughout the summer. CCGR has made incredible strides in securing licensing agreements
with New Line Cinema and Marvel. The company should garner significant revenues in the near term and
open the door wide with its ability to sign similar agreements in the future. The company has Austin
Power collectibles in over 4000 locations and also sells them through their clubs online. The Company
expects a huge volume of business from the X-MEN licensing agreement. And the Terminator collectibles
should provide steady revenues for several years. The Terminator movies are big in Europe and there are
plans to shoot a Terminator 3 and 4.

Market Focus
CCGR markets collectibles merchandise, primarily in the entertainment and sports markets. The
company utilizes regional and national sales organizations, as well as direct sales methods, to sell its
products. The company has expanded its marketing horizons to Internet E-commerce, with its websites:
Austin Powers Collector's Club; Mini-V.com, and soon to go online Terminator and X-men websites.
CCGR's products are sold on all major E-commerce sites, including Amazon.com, BigE.com,
Newline.com, Moletown.com and ToysRUs.com.
