Howard, you may be giving credit where none is due. It's likely PABN didn't secure the contract... According to the court documents the initial deal was negotiated by Provista. Provista is identified as PanAm Healthcorp's predecessor entity. The relationship between Provista and PABN has never been mentioned by PABN as far as I know. And now it appears there won't be any discovery, so we may never know the story (sorry jhild). There were a number of contracts announced back in early 1999, but perhaps they were Provista contracts taken over by PanAm. I think they fact that they've set themselves up for a default judgment is just yet another nail in the corporate coffin.
