Re: 5/24/00 - [TVCP] Talk Visual $10 Million Law Suit Dismissed With Prejudice According to the clerk's office of the Third Judicial Court of Salt Lake County, Utah, the lawsuit filed in Utah on February 14, 2000, against the worm, investordeal, and others, by Talk Visual Corporation, HAS BEEN DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The dismissal notice was filed on May 24,2000, according to the Clerk of the Court. 161.58.232.122
