S100 - QCOM will get 5% [of the infrastructure equipment], regardless of who gets the contracts.

Although I cannot point to the source, there is good reason to believe that Qualcomm gets a substantially smaller royalty rate on infrastructure than on handsets. In contrast to the handset royalty rate for which there has been at least one breaking of silence, I've never actually seen numbers for the infras royalty rate, but I'd guess 1-2 percent.
