Jack, thanks. Here is a couple of items, very important items at that, that I forgot to add last night:

1) Management discussed the issue of higher than anticipate operating costs. Management indicated that during the quarter they lost a couple of operating margin percentage points due to a one-time event. Circuit boards needed to be worked on, and replaced. Management indicated that this was a one-time event, and something that just happens. He put it in perspective by saying, "When you move west, these things happen".

2) Management was very relaxed and professional. They answered all questions and were very forthcoming. I had the feeling they were competent, had their game faces on, and were ready to have another great year. The customer list was expanding and attracting some big-league names: all due to the company's product line.

Sorry for not adding this important info last night. I was a little tired.
