Pretty exciting Friday, after starting out slowly the momentum kept building for a total volume of over 1.6 million. We had a high of .88 although that should not have happened. The high should show .61 which happened at 3:42 PM, but at 9:52 AM two trades went through @ .88 when all other trades were going through at .47. Strange that those trades have not been cancelled as of today. There was also a trade that went through at .31 @ 1:38 PM but that one was cancelled.
No one seems to know why we got the run today but some think it may be profits coming from the Nasdaq market, as it did very well today. After all, there are getting to be fewer penny stocks out there that have the kind of potential STRU has and if you have some extra cash this is a good place to put it. Especially at 45-50 cents.
The excitement is starting to build now on the RB boards and in the chat room, with all the rumors of acquisitions and possible contracts. The RB poster Weenie seems to know something that has got him very excited about coming events. Of course he's being bashed for hyping the stock without divulging a source but the excitement is still there. The World Pork Expo is adding fuel to the fire and is scheduled to run from June 8th through the 10th at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. nppc.org. The hope is that Struthers new subsidiary, Muller AI, will win some notoriety for it's patented Gourley scope. Struthers will not have their own booth at the expo but will be represented by Elite Visions, Muller AI and also LSG Norsvin, all Struthers subsidiaries. At any rate, everyone who is anyone in the pork industry will be there, so good things could really start happening beginning with the expo.
There is still no clear understanding of when we may get off the pink sheets, but with the 60 days from filing ending the 13th of June one would think that shortly thereafter would be reasonable. It could take a week after filing the form 211 which we should be able to do on or shorlty after the 13th. The wildcard is that the SEC could issue a no comment letter to Struthers and they would then be free to apply for OTCBB listing. I'm not going to hold my breath for that one though, the SEC is not known for quick approvals.
