Stop your whining will you,you guys make me sick.Cybercorp has the best execution platform bar none...if you are having disconect problems thats not Cybercorp's fault .I ve been using it for 6 months after trying every other software platform on the market for years. Stop your friggin complaining you babies. I rarely have problems getting kicked off ...i am on a 128kbps 2-channel isdnline solely used for data using UUnet as my isp.I sometimes do a continuous ping to the gateway at cybercorp..my ping times are at on average 100ms, best being 78ms worse being mid 200's when either trading is very heavy like at the close or open or if UUnet is having routing congestion or switch problems. You guys need to understand the cybercorp's value is its software. If you are having connection problems get rid of that crappy isp you are using.If you want to trade during the day you need the infrastructure on your side dont blame Cybercorp.Cybercorp provides the software and brokerage capabilites not the internet connectivity. Try ISDN or a reliable dsl or cable connection. To be honest with you i think trading or at least active trading(scalping) during the day is very difficult without the best of connections. I have made $40k since coming over to Cybercorp ...my goal is to make another $60k in the next 6 months to a year and move up to a frame relay line..probably a 256kbps/256cir. I find during the day even on an isdn line i am constantly chasing stocks because of the slow qoutes specifically off of INCA.This is not Cybercorp's fault ...during the day the markets are moving at a ridiculous speeds with insane volatilty..there are hundreds/thousands of traders competing in particular stocks.The fastest and best connection is the only way to keep up..sad but true. I look forward to having this frame connection in the future and plan to work my butt off for it. In the meantime stop your whining about the same crap and get better internet connectivity or beat it..use this board for more relevant topics like software topics where Cybercorp is resposible for the good and bad.
