Chaz, << a little unfair to use space here to talk about CDMA and phones >> I honestly believe that Nokia wants to be "King" of handsets, across all technologies (and that includes CDMA) and in all major markets (which the US certainly is). Handsets are something of a commodity item and Nokia is a great commodity manufacturer (look at those margins). I sincerely think that Nokia is not going to ignore the opportunity to be a leader in CDMA handsets, although there priorities are obviously focused elsewhere today (as it relates to near term mobile development and delivery). Let us not forget that UMTS/UTRA is CDMA. Nokia can be expected to be a leader in UTRA mobiles and hence CDMA mobiles. - Eric -
