I was away yesterday and noticed your "discussion" with eom.

First I should inform you that eom is a very well respected, insightful, knowledgeable, well learned investor and trader. I know him personally. So while you may not agree with him or his methodology you should be aware that you're disagreeing with someone that is VERY plugged in and knows what the hell he's talking about.

Secondly, I do think that your responses to him only serve to support his comments about listening to other views of the world. You haven't and you take exception to those (including eom) that suggest this might enhance your knowledge base. After reading through his posts at no point does he come off as "knowing everything" and goes as far as to say this multiple times. Yet for some reason you feel like this he is coming off as a know-it-all. Heck, he's just responding to your questions - oh - and clarifying the matter of volume with factual data. I think this represents a good opportunity for all of us to learn from one of the best - yet you blow him off. I suspect your tendency to act this way is due merely to the fact that you and he disagree with one another. Perhaps more to the point you are and have been disagreeing with everyone and anyone that doesn't agree with you which again is the point eom and fwiw I have made.

While I will go on record as saying I have learned from nearly everyone on this thread and SI - yes - even you I doubt you can say the same. Remember, that's what we're here for - to learn and share ideas. When we shut out other points of view just because they don't agree with our own we get less value out of this forum than we perhaps could obtain. Furthermore and maybe more importantly, we are doomed to make the same mistakes over and over. I for one want to make money and seek others with differing opinions that are backed up with solid facts. Perhaps you should open up your mind a bit?
