I really didn't post that article to provide you a platform to post your 4,254th criticism of Al Gore. I thought the article again raised serious issues of waste in the federal government--i.e, federally-funded researchers at institutes and universities looking into why candy wrappers make noise in movie theaters. My suspicion is that this a pork barrel project, and an obscene waste of my tax dollars ( I suspect this is one of 1000's of useless projects). I'll concede that Albert Gore, Jr. will do nothing about this, so no need to talk about him. Will GWB and the Repubs who follow him have the political will to finally address this theft of our tax money? (since that is what it is).
