I know about the lockup. Lately lockup fears are unfounded. A good example would be OPTV the insiders know they have a winner. If you look at recent lockups you will notice insiders are not selling and some are even releasing PR that they will not sell at this level. One more reason why I do not think they will sell because Cantor who has majority of shares started ESPD with internal bond business and if they sold it would be like selling the goose with the golden eggs. I guess what I am saying is Cantor is known for the Bond business and ESPD is like a extension of the current business not some by-product. Cantor does business the old fashion way by hand and ESPD does business by electronics. They felt that if the way they do business is changing then why have a competitor steal business away from us we will start it our self and patent it. Also the management has a sterling reputation and are very smart . If I have learned anything from longterm investing is you first invest in the management and the business second. ESPD is not a daytrade........its a longterm trade.
