Brinker remains bullish. However, he is looking for a decisive
penetration of the DJIA 7400 dollar level before he will commit
to an all out bullish forecast. Brinker had expected new records
in the Nasdaq (corrected recently by 13%) by summer. Now at 4%
off its highs, Brinker seems to suggest a penetration of that mark
in relatively short order.
