Kevin,

The other two properties were owned by Zizania which was supposed to do the dredging but since they put themsevles in jeopardy being involved with Starpoint the acquisition was cancelled. I think that the best property STS had in Uganda was sold off to Dobrana in which
'STS has a carried 20% interest along with some shares of Dobrana.
