Felix plenty of upside when your just opened a new FAB with product and your P/E is only 18.

as for Insiders here's the LOGICAL scoop.

"First, a major portion of AMD executives' pay packages is in the form of
stock options.

Second, many executives have been sitting on options for years as they were
under water. In recent weeks, AMD's stock price has risen to historical
levels. Management has an opportunity to exercise the options (many of them
due to expire). Also, AMD executives are limited to a 10-day window each
quarter within which to trade their AMD securities.

Finally, like most shareholders, AMD executives would like to ultimately
sell their shares in order to realize a profit.

Read nothing into the stock sale transactions. It means nothing more than
Mr. Sanders chose to draw down some of his salary.

AMD's guidance has not changed since our last public comments. We expect to
introduce both the Thunderbird and Duron versions of the Athlon processor in
the current quarter. Demand for our processors remains strong, and the
company is working diligently to meet the strong demand.

The production ramp in Dresden, Germany is progressing very well and will
produce first shipments and revenues from the facility in the current
quarter.

AMD experienced record revenues and earnings for Q1 2000 and we expect to
report similar or better results for the current quarter.

Regards,
