I would almost die for those ms's!
Those speeds come from a high speed link. Something many of us would adore, but not necessarily something that guarantees a reliable connection.

While I dont fully understand the nature of net routing you should understand that Cyber does not control the route back to you. Its more an issue of your ISP and theirs working well together.

It makes a lot more sense for all of us to try to find an ISP that works well with thiers than the other way around, doesnt it?

However I must say that something serious is afoot. I've had more problems losing connection to Cyber in the last couple of weeks than in the previous year. Clearly something is wrong that they cannot just push back on our ISP.

Worth noting however that I have two isp's. When my cyber connection fails with one of them I try the other and it has usually worked.

Since you dont have a high-speed link you should look into getting two(or three) phone lines, two modems, two isp's and a webramp. webramp.com

It might (or might not) help.
