Evan... That "other thing" was bad, I am in at 29 as I thought PCTL
was going back to 40+ I have been waiting for the time to average
back in. I nearly did it at 8 1/2 but I want to be sure that a real
turn has been made. So I wonder if anyone has any info on insider
buying or selling. I failed to take heed about 6 months ago when they
were selling.
