Hi CIMA, let me summarize the great article you posted:

1. There is an enormous amount of high liquidity wealth out there, more than there has ever been before.

2. Sufficient technology exists to: a) move this wealth in and out of equities almost instantly and b) report this movement and other market influencing events just as quickly.

3. This wealth and technology is increasingly in the hands of people who may or may not have the where-with-all to properly use it.

There you have it -- the real new economy !
