Rogers@HOME has a new commercial similar in tone to the Pac Bell ads. I haven't found a copy of it on the net.

It's a doctor's press conference detailing the illness of a surfer through repetitive stress syndrome, caused by re-clicking too many times while waiting for music and video's to download on regular phone lines. When a reporter asks "what about the phone company's claim of high speed access" The doctor describes the "so called high speed access", pulls down a chart showing the further you are from the phone co, the slower your speed, he pulls a curtain back to reveal a deformed telco customer and the reporters gasp. The last question before the commercial fades away "will he still be able to have children?"

It was humorous, but is the first time I've seen Rogers acknowledge DSL service as a competitor.

Regards
Jay
