Gary, I got out of QCOM on Thursday. Message 13809603 I guess that it is probably best to be cautious when factoring in news that concerns China Unicom. It is important to remember that different cultures have different ways of doing business. The TD-SCDMA may be a real factor or it may be a way for C-U to negotiate a better deal...I don't think we can know right now. Until the China deals are in the background to something else that is bigger, I am just going to stay away completely.
