Board Members and CFO of Imatron said.... when I asked about possibilities of Imatron BUY-OUT following the Board Meeting: "We don't think 'the shareholders' would even consider selling Imatron for less than $11, $12, or so --- at that level we could then conceive of some 'discussions' taking place...." And Dr. Meyer said: "When we put the [scanner sales] numbers on the board, that's when it [buy-out offer] will happen!!" Straight from the horses mouth. And I completely agree. Stay tuned!!
