I saw it listed as a purchase on www.insidertrader.com - which is a great site when it's working. Unfortunately, I've been unable to look again at what I saw, because the site has not been responding the last couple of days.

I can promise you that it did indeed say that SME's chairman just picked up 100,000 shares at $3.00. It was either for trades filed the week of April 25 or May 2 - I don't remember which.
