Elmer said: Not true. Intel built their own SRAMs for their Xeon systems up to 550MHz and they probably needed leading edge process technology.


How could there be a controversy as to who manufactured the SRAM on an Intel cpu wafer? Does this mean Intel ships their wafers to an SRAM manufacturer?
