fine opportunity to build shares if inclined.... Damage not all that bad (retrace to low end of trading range on old-new "bad news")...market seems to be getting used to the idea that China is not going to happen. However, possible Korean "defection" to W-CDMA has not been priced in yet, IMO, and could lead to a new low. Notice how all this focus is on China, which is really old news. What matters is what goes down in Korea. Why do you think NOK is such good chums with SK-Telecom? I will wait for Korea to signal its 3G direction. JMHO
