Steven, since you've lived in the Philippines for the last 20 years, I doubt whether you can experience the daily drum of one sided news from which I am referring. Two papers cannot possibly provide a balance to the hundreds of other newspapers across the country, and especially the television newsrooms of CNN(owned by Ted Turner) /ABC/CBS/NBC. Remember, most people in America don't read a newspaper daily. And get nearly all their news from the television. The movie industry is also particularly biased. My perception is it's a stereotype to believe because you're a business or invest, you automatically become conservative. Liberals as well as conservatives and everyone in between, make up the audience which is SI. Democrats in Congress are wealthier than Republicans. Yet, money hasn't changed Ted Kennedy and company's positions. Ooops! Now I've gotta run. I hope you'll forgive the typo's.
