OT: I was confused because I believe the closing of the privatization of SEG and the stock deal with Veritas was not until September or October. The April and May divestiture seemed a bit premature and certainly did not have the welfare of the SEG shareholders involved unless they (SEG) believes that SanDisk was fairly priced in the price range where they liquidated shares. Nothing about the Seagate deal had the welfare of Seagate shareholders in mind :-( Joe
