Ulrich, Maybe there are more reflections, but >500Mhz you are getting problems. Rambus currently operates at no more than 400 MHz. And even INTC proved, that there are problems! Can anyone tell me what the actual problems were? They made 2 mistakes using RMBS and therefore RMBS is not as easy to design as DRAM systems. Does anyone know whether the MTH problem actually involved the Rambus side of the chip? John
